MagikDev is a Network Operations Solutions firm for utility and telecom operators. Headquartered in Lethbridge, Alberta, working across Canada, the United States, and Brazil.
We implement, support, and extend GE Vernova Smallworld Geo Network Management (GNM) and SAP for utilities and telecoms. Our engineers write Magik for a living. Our consultants have run network modernization programs from both sides of the table — vendor and operator. We are an Official GE Vernova Partner and an Official Microsoft Partner.
We don't run a creative studio, a consumer app practice, or a generalist SI. We do one thing, deeply, on a stack we know. Everything on this site reflects that focus.

Twenty years building and running companies, most recently in enterprise software for utility and telecom operators. Ronaldo founded MagikDev to close the gap between what Smallworld GNM can do and what operators actually get out of it. He holds GE Vernova certifications in GridOS Modeling, ADMS, and Geo Network Management, and works directly in Magik.

Fifteen years inside Smallworld — Magik, PNI, Electric Office, PowerOn Restore — building and supporting the systems utility and telecom operators run their field work on. Walter spent two years at GE Vernova's grid software organization as a senior services specialist on large utility upgrade projects. At MagikDev he sets technical direction: what gets built, what gets integrated, and what does not ship.
